Getting Involved with Q.A. & Technical Issues:

Use HoneyMonitor in depth discovering all its functionalities and reporting bugs when you find them. Become a HoneyMonitor expert User testing it on different MySQL® versions. Use our forums to post your Enhancement Requests and your Suggestions.

Getting Involved with User Support:

HoneyMonitor Technical Support come primarily from online support: if you can volunteer some time, joyn today our support forums. Helping users is easy; often it just requires that you know where the users can find the right information.

Some pointers:

• Often, answers to user questions are already documented in the product Documentation and FAQs. Get familiar with user documentation so you know where to find the answers.
• Help us in writing / translating HoneyMonitor Reference Manual: this activity does not always require a lot of time: you would write / translate just a section!
• You can also write one or more FAQs and send us your suggestions in order to widen documentation.
