- If you are a customer of version 1.x and want to upgrade to version 2.x or 3.x, a fee is required. These major-upgrades fees are proposed to customers at discount prices. Please note that you are not obliged to upgrade. If you are comfortable with the version you bought you can use it for ever!
- Technical support is included in the license fee. Typically it is provided via email or support tickets.
